Getting Back to Yourself – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Bali was absolutely extraordinary and I highly recommend for anyone who loves a warm, embracing culture, colorful fresh food and stunning landscapes to visit there.  But, the journey there from the U.S. is no joke.  We finally made it home after 24-hours of flight time and a total of 36-hours travel time.

Between the extensive trip, lack of sleep and the 13-hour time difference, needless to say I was feeling extremely loopy when we arrived back in Austin, Texas.  In fact, it took me four days of being enveloped in an absolute fog before I resurrected back to my natural state-of-being.

Life is a constant flow of ups and downs.  No wonder why our moods are as well.  One moment we can be soaring through the day enjoying every second.  And the next, we just don’t feel like ourselves.  Sometimes we just need a little help to get us back on track.

This week’s 22-minute Hatha Yoga Class, Yoga for Getting Back to Yourself, is all about tapping into source to lead you back to your high vibe state.
