Elevating Your Vibration

My great friend Lisa was in town this weekend and we had such a fun time reminiscing about 20+ years of friendship.  One of the benefits of developing a wonderful, lifelong relationship is having history. 

Over the years we have cheered each other on during the good times and dragged each other out of the gutter during the hard times.  That’s what friends are for!  

They help you get out of your funk when you’re having a rough time and can’t seem to do it on your own. They provide that little boost of energy that gets you rolling back on the right path.

Through breath work, asana and meditation, you will increase oxygen and blood flow within the body to enhance your overall mood and state of well-being.
