Using Your Personal Power to Support World Peace – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

There is a lot of heaviness in the world with the recent devastation occurring overseas. When things happen that are out of our control we tend to feel helpless and overwhelmed.

Although it seems like their is nothing we can do to help the situation, in actuality each one of us has the power to make a huge impact towards peace.

We are all energetic beings living in this game we call life. If we believe that we are the creator of our own reality, then we have the ability to change the game.

By cultivating love and kindness within ourselves, we can direct that energy towards any being that needs it. Our mindful intention for peace is an extremely powerful manifestation tool and the power magnifies when we do this as a collective.
