I am so completely energized from holding a two week Yoga and Safari Retreat adventure in Tanzania, Africa. This beautiful country has it all. From the incredibly friendly people, delicious food, expansive history and rich culture to the tens of thousands of animals we witnessed in their natural habitat, the experience went above and beyond my wildest dreams.
After several safari days out in the bush, we headed to the Ngorongoro Crater which houses the highest population of animals in the area. The energy in this sacred space was overwhelming and I could sense why the animals were drawn to this special area. At one point, I looked around and could see zebras, wildebeests, elephants, lions, rhinos, water buffalo and hippos all in one glance. The experience was absolutely surreal as I absorbed nature’s life force swirling around me.
My body and mind were stimulated from being in this magical setting and I felt filled with vitality. This moment reminded me of the impact our environment has on our energy.
The vibration of our surroundings has a significant effect on the level of our personal lifeforce. High vibrational spaces provide an opportunity for us to soak up these energies and enhance our own vitality. Natural spaces provide the highest vibrational state, therefore, it is so important to engage with nature daily.
