    Valentine’s Day may be a cheesy holiday for some, but it has always held a special place in my heart. It could be that it is my birthday, but there is more to its meaning for me.

    The energy of love is such a powerful mystery. There are endless songs, movies, plays etc. written about it. Why? Why do we crave to love and be loved?

    Maybe it is how amazing this high vibrational state makes us feel in our body and mind. The buzzing of cells enlivening our existence.

    We often think that we need love from an external source to feel complete. But, the most important relationship we can cultivate is the one with ourselves. Out of all the energies, self love holds the highest vibration.
