Connecting with the Four Elements – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Since my first exposure to her, I have been deeply moved by the tribal, electronic rhythms cultivated by Deya Dova. Her powerful music weaves the four elements of earth, wind, fire and water into her visionary creations. She recorded her most recent album from the earth’s energy center in 44 locations around the world.

During her live concert held in Austin, I could feel her honoring of nature and world peace deep in my soul. The vibration of the music was at such a high level that I experienced a sense of connection and wholeness with every song.

In our modern world, we often forget the power and beauty of the natural world around us. The cycles of the sun, moon and seasons roll by us without true recognition. We take for granted the immense potency of the four elements and just go about our day as if they are not magnificent energies.

Now is the time to ground back down into nature to truly feel a oneness with ourselves and the world around us.

Come join me for this week’s Yoga for Connecting with the Four Elements and have an opportunity to balance the rhythms within your body and mind. Enjoy!
