Going Inward

There exists two very different sides of me. One is an extreme extravert, longing to interact with as many people as possible. And then there is the other introverted side who wants to hide out and sit in a cozy corner of the house by myself. I have been leaning towards this side since my dad’s recent passing.

Lately, I find myself popping in my earbuds and spending hours listening to my dad’s favorite tunes or zoning out to meditative chants. Sometimes you just feel like being by yourself and that’s OK.

This week’s 19-minute Hatha Flow Yoga Class, Yoga for Going Within, is all about tuning into our internal environment through meditative movement.
