Stimulating Healthy Digestion – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

While stuffing yourself with all the yummy Thanksgiving treats, I hope you were able to take some time to recognize and be grateful for all the abundance in your life. Although 2020 has been a doozy of a year, we, as humans, are so fortunate to be able to experience all the magic we have in our lives.

If you are struggling this year, at the very minimum, honor the fact that Mother Nature gifts us stunning sunsets painted in a stream of limitless colors across the sky. And, she provides the rising sun as an opportunity to release the old and start fresh with hope each day.
