Feeling Good – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

This past week I had the opportunity to celebrate my best friend Alisa’s 50th birthday. My mom joined us in Cancun for seven days of honoring a this beautiful lady.

It felt so good to spend quality time with two women who have had my back for 45 years for one and literally since birth for the other. I love being around people that lift you up and consistently have your best interest in mind.

It is so important to surround yourself with those high vibe people and forget the rest. Quality friends will elevate your being, no questions asked and make you feel good from the inside out.
