Calming the Chaos – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Have you ever had a week where an endless cascade of misfortunes enveloped you?  That is how this week felt for me.  
In the middle of my Dad working with some health issues, my Mom was at the park with their dog and got plowed over by someone else’s big dog, breaking her leg and ankle.  So, crazy!  Add the pandemonium of the American climate right now and this world can seem like a very wacky place.
Luckily my Mom will heal and my Dad will recover and they will both thrive.  I have to continually remind myself that this mess is only temporary.  But, when you are in the middle of the storm and everything is in disorder, you find yourself grasping for the life boat of stability.  The only place you will find true steadiness is within.

This week’s 7-minute FREE Yoga Class, Yoga for Calming the Chaos, is all about taking just a few moments to settle the whirlwind in the eye of the storm.
