    Thanksgiving Gratitude for Peace – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    The holidays are a great reminder that we have so much to be grateful for in our lives. Abundance flows to us in so many different forms to include healthy relationships with friends and family, access to resources like nutritious food and clean water, mental, physical and spiritual health and financial security are to name just a few.

    One thing we often take for granted is the gift of having safety and security for ourselves and our families. Many of us have the opportunity to live in an area with peaceful conditions. As we have witnessed with war-torn countries, this is not always the case for many people around the world. We are very fortunate to exist in our daily lives free from the dangers of war. Living in peace is a huge form of abundance.

    Therefore, I wanted to provide an opportunity for all of us to donate to the collective energy of cultivating peace around the planet. Please join me for this week’s practice, a Thanksgiving Gratitude Meditation for Peace.
