As we draw to the close of 2021, I find myself reflecting on all the significant events that occurred during this crazy year. The passing of my dad, holding a celebration of his life and the publication of my book are some that immediately come to mind.
Digging deeper into each of these impactful events I notice my attention steers towards the details of a specific moment, interaction, conversation or feeling. I can’t help but treasure the opportunity to experience life so fully through all of its extremes.
Therefore, I am ending the year with gratitude for being able to embrace this human experience, engage in all the emotions and live in a constant state-of-growth.
