We will be exploring erotic dance techniques, Sacred sensuality as a daily practice, embodiment of our Divine Feminine essence and how to engage with the Masculine to bring out the best in both of you, the Erotic Blueprints and how they can enhance our relationships, the anatomy of arousal, the energy of masculine and feminine within each of us and how to play with the polarities to enhance attraction, self-love and body acceptance, lingerie and sexy playwear along with meditation, learning from nature, yoga, celebration, delicious meals and self-care practices.
Your blissful experience includes shabby chic accommodations with shared bath (think upscale camp for adults), delicious gourmet vegetarian cuisine and life inspiring sessions. Bring your walking shoes and bathing suit to enjoy 2.5 miles of hiking trails, hot tub, cold dip and sauna.

Meet Your Goddess Guides
Kim Goyette is a yogini, author, mother, lover of life and has been married for 24 years. As an international teacher of yoga and owner of Meditation Mutha for over 16 years, Kim empowers women to cultivate nourishment of the mind, body and spirit. Her passion for energetic healing modalities including pranayama breath work, mantra, mudra, meditation, sensual dance and personal ritual guides her students to elevate to their highest vibrational state. Her integrative exercises lead women on a journey of self-discovery and deep exploration of the goddess light that shines within each of us. Her own profound experience of sensual awakening inspired her to share these essential practices with every woman, so they can thrive in a state of ecstatic pleasure and self-love.
Lita Lynn has been a lifelong student of relationships and sexuality. Married 16 years, her life has been her workshop and greatest teacher. Lita found Tantra in 2019 and this path to self-awareness and awakening has been her dedication for the past four years. She is a certified Tantric Facilitator, NLP practitioner, ISTA.Life Graduate, Energy Sex Coach and meditation teacher as well as a certified Adult Training Specialist with a passion for women’s empowerment, sensual fulfillment and divine Feminine embodiment as our birthright. Lita brings 30 years of personal growth and development training to her work and play. Sensual Awakening is the culmination of her life’s work thus far.

Safety is our top priority! Meditation Mutha has crafted an experience with health and safety in mind. Rooms are based on double, triple or quadruple occupancy meant for close friends or family members traveling together. If you are attending solo, we would be glad to pair you with a roommate(s).
