Motivational speakers need inspiration too. That is why I love investing in some self nourishment by attending retreats and workshops. As a person who holds space for others, it is such a wonderful feeling to arrive at an event and have no responsibility accept to receive.
I took full advantage of that opportunity when I attended the Florida Sol y Luna Tantra Festival last week. The four day experience took place on beautiful grounds lined with palm trees and tropical landscaping. It had its own lagoon and waterfall for swimming and I immediately felt a sense of calm wash over me soaking up the gorgeous scenery.
The endless workshops offered a huge range of experiences to open your heart, fill your soul, build your energy and share it with others. I left the festival full of love and inspiration.
Attending retreats, workshops and festivals are a great way to amplify your power so you can spread light around the planet.
