    Calming the Mind – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    My mind has been on overdrive lately. Between all the energy I have been focusing on publishing my book, planning an event, getting my dad’s affairs in order since his passing, and regular work and family stuff, I feel like I am in a whirlwind. There is so much stimuli coming at me all at once.

    If you have ever had a lot on your mind, then you can relate to waking up at 4 am with an endless to-do list running through your head. Lately, I have found that I am having a hard time getting to sleep or staying asleep for this reason.
