Keeping Your Groove Alive – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

I know I was born and bred a 70’s girl because disco is in my blood. There is something about dancing to these groovy rhythms that gets me in my happy place. Whether I am jamming to Donna Summer, “The Queen of Disco” or shaking my booty to The Bee Gees’ hit “You Should be Dancing” it always elevates my spirit.

Spotify knows I love disco so much that when I recently requested another genre of music it slowly moved the playlist into disco music.

Whatever is your jam it is important to stay true to yourself. There is a reason why a style of music, a type of dance, a particular sport, a spiritual practice etc. makes you feel alive. It is because you have tapped into your passion and your passion is what elevates you!

So, if you want to feel in your groove then do what lights you up!

Looking for an opportunity to move deeper into yourself? Then scroll down and please join me for this week’s 15 Minute Yoga Strap Class and learn how to use this awesome prop to deepen your yoga practice. Enjoy!

Yoga straps are an amazing yoga prop to be used as an extension of your own body to create accessibility in each posture. In this class we will use the yoga strap to open the shoulders, chest, hamstrings, IT band and inner thigh. Yoga with Meditation Mutha is for everyBODY. Please join me in this opportunity to elevate your yoga experience through yoga strap use. Enjoy!
