    Bringing Balance into the Holidays – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    Black Friday starts it all off with a bang and before you know it the race begins to get all of your holiday shopping done. In addition, there are celebrations to prepare for or attend and an endless list of to-do’s before the big day.

    Instead of feeling frantic during this holiday season, what if you took your yoga practice off the mat and incorporated a little self care into your day. Slowing things down to appreciate the special moments will restore a little peace in your heart. Breathing deeply in a crowded store just might be the thing you need to calm your spirit. Practicing patience during, which for many people is a stressful season, can cultivate some love in your being.
