YOGA FOR STRETCHING THE HIP FLEXORS

Creating Space – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Spring is one of my favorite seasons because it is in perfect alignment with my minimalistic vibes. Whether it is raking all the leaves out of my garden or cleaning out my closet, it is a time for making space for new things to thrive.

Similarly, your body accumulates energy they no longer serves you and may need to be cleared. One area of the body that tends to hold congestion is the hip flexors and quadriceps. These muscles are often neglected when it comes to stretching.

So I thought I would share a yoga class that focuses on opening the muscles of the lower front body to create more flow in your being. Enjoy!

YOGA FOR OPENING HIP FLEXORS AND QUADS

This week’s 20 minute Hatha Flow Class, Yoga for Opening Hip Flexors and Quadriceps, is all about focusing our attention to stretching the lower front body. Through postures like low and high lunge and Bow Pose, we will lengthen these muscles that are often overlooked. Yoga with Meditation Mutha is for everyBODY. Please join me in this opportunity to balance your body and enhance your well-being. Enjoy!
