This is the season for giving thanks for all the incredible things we have in our lives. But, do you have that mind set through out the entire year? With all the fear-based news in the world, it’s easy to focus on the things that we lack.
Fortunately, all the resources we need are readily available to us on a moments notice. All we need to do is believe we have access to them, and some how they appear. That is because the natural state of the universe is abundance.
It took me years to sync this concept deep within my being. I started to notice that resources showed up right when I needed them the most. For example, Scott and I bought our house 20-years ago. Shortly after we both lost our jobs. We were extremely stressed financially and were short on our mortgage. I went to the mailbox and found a random check from a bond my Grandpa took out for me that was almost the exact amount we needed to make the payment.
Coincidence? I think not. Immediately, I began practicing the concept of abundance. It’s not about asking for things and they suddenly appear. It’s about believing so strongly that the universe is an abundant place and will provide all the resources you need to live your best life.
Abundance is the natural state of the universe. Lack is the natural state of fear. What do you want to choose? The decision is easy for me. And the more I believe in this concept, the more I am able to manifest. Manifestation is like a muscle. You have to exercise it for it to grow. Try it for yourself and see…
This week’s 25-minute FREE Hatha Yoga Class, Yoga for Manifesting Abundance, is all about recognizing the natural state of the universe is in abundance. Through asana, visualization and meditation, we will open our hearts to receiving all the gifts and resources we need to flourish and grow.
If you haven’t checked it out already, Scott and I had such a fun time being interviewed about our year-long trip around the world by Travis Sherry with the “Extra Pack of Peanuts” podcast. He caught us at the very tail end of the adventure and captured a lot of emotion and reflection about our journey. If you ever thought of taking some time off for long term travel or you’re interested in learning about some of the hilarious stories that happened along the way, click on the link above to check it out.
