I was so excited to meet up with my two best friends from high school for my last week in Costa Rica to commemorate the year we all turn “50”! We had so much fun celebrating this special occasion with each other and laughed hysterically reminiscing over all the old stories.
Of course, we took full advantage of the all-inclusive nature of the resort by sipping on chocolate martinis until our hearts content. Nothing like getting a good buzz with friends…until you have to teach yoga at 8am in morning!
Luckily, my light hangover aligned with how the other yogis were feeling after their celebratory evening. All of our heads were a little cloudy so, I decided to teach a Yoga for Hangovers session to help the masses make it through the day in good spirits.
One of the best ways to rid yourself of a hangover is to pump fresh oxygen into your system.
