    Living at Your Highest Existence -Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    I had such a spectacular weekend hosting the Spring Women’s Wellness Retreat last weekend. I am so grateful to all of the beautiful women who arrived with open hearts and minds to the experience. I have so much appreciation for Jenna Valentine from Valentine Care, who was our guest presenter and shared so many self-care practices we can do at home. ´╗┐And, I am so grateful for Rebecca Fitzgerald and my daughter Kayla from Mindful Meals for creating such delicious delicacies to power our experience.

    Our theme for the weekend was elevating our own personal energy, so we can exist at our highest vibrational state and share our light with the world. Through self-care practices like drumming, meditation, dancing, yoga, chanting, ceremony, high vibe food, connection and intentionality, we increased our energetic state as a collective. The vibration in the room was electric!
