Life is a roller coaster full of ups and downs. Sometimes its smooth sailing and sometimes it can be very challenging.
During the lows of this ride we call “life” it is important to invest in self care. Instead of pushing through the to-do list and ignoring my body’s need for some nourishment and recovery, I like to take time and tune into what I need in the moment.
Maybe self love looks like pausing in your busy day to take a hot bath, going for a walk in nature, listening to relaxing music or doing something you love. Whatever your favorite go-to activity to relax and unwind, treat yourself with grace and tenderness, as if you were your four-year-old self. How would you support that aspect of yourself? Tune into that sweet child inside and love on that beautiful being!
