Nature’s Energy – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Austin, Texas is experiencing a real spring this year! After three years of drought and 100 degree temperatures in April, the cool mornings, afternoon breezes and frequent rain are an absolute appreciated gift for this area.

The wildflowers are in full bloom, the birds are singing and nature seems to be thriving in these current conditions. Even my puppy, Jimmy Kibble is bursting with energy and excitement from this amazing weather. I spent the morning in my garden enjoying the elevated vibration of my surroundings and I feel exhilarated!

Nature is a powerful tool we can use as a source to fill our energetic cup and enhance our own vibrational state. Just sitting outside for a few minutes in the sun recharges the body at the cellular level. Take a walk in the woods or your city’s botanical garden and notice the difference of how you feel after a few minutes of unwinding in your environment. Better yet, take your shoes off and stand barefoot on the earth to draw in the full potential of nature’s energy into your body.
