    From Africa to Austin – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    Through the incredible adventures of our Yoga and Safari Retreat that we held this past February, the group that attended became very close. Our friends Michelle and Brad decided to have a reunion party to get everyone together and celebrate our grand experience. Little did we know that they had a huge surprise for us!

    We all arrived to their home and started socializing with each other. Suddenly, Edwin who was one of our amazing safari guides, appeared at their house visiting all the way from Tanzania, Africa! We had all offered an open invitation for him to come visit us in Austin and there he was standing right before our eyes. We couldn’t believe!

    Since then, our group has been taking him out to show him a true taste of Texas. First we hit The Salt Lick BBQ so he could dig into some local cuisine. Next, we went out two-stepping at the iconic country dance hall, The Broken Spoke. Some of us took him to a baseball game and next on the agenda is horseback riding.

    It has been so much fun hosting Edwin because he and our other guides took such good care of us during our safari.
