    Celebrating Life – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    Dancing is my church. The combination of high vibrational music and free flowing movement elevates me at the soul level.

    This past Sunday I had the opportunity to welcome in the morning through dance at the Daybreaker Austin Dance Party. Imagine hundreds of people showing up in costume to this drug and alcohol free event to dance their butts off for three hours and celebrate life. It was magical being surrounded by old and new friends at this upleveling event to honor life and recognize the gift of being able to move freely in our bodies in a judgement-free environment.

    Sometimes movement is just what you need to shake off the junk and heaviness from the week. It is a great way to release stress and let go of anything that no longer serves you.
