Texas has the craziest weather. Just the other day it hit 80 degrees and within a few hours it dropped down into the 30’s. School is closed for two days and it’s freezing out!
I tend to run cold, so this drop in temperature has turned me into hypothermic conditions. The human body needs to reside at a minimum of 96.5 degrees to have all of our organs and glands function properly. Check your temperature first thing in the morning and if you are under this temp you may need a little help firing up your engine.
There are plenty of heated breath work and yoga postures you can do to ignite your internal fire and keep you cozy warm during these cold conditions. Please join me for this week’s yoga class, Yoga for Heating the Body, and lets kick start your flame.
