    Accomplishing Your Goals – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    Four years ago today, we were just at the start of our year long journey around the world. My vision was to create a yoga video in every exotic destination we explored, so I could share the unique experience with the world.

    I had never created a yoga video before and my low-tech ego was a little intimidated by the process. Finally after a month of travel I got up the nerve to create my first video while we were visiting Santiago, Chile.

    I encouraged myself by releasing the pressure of perfection and just having fun with the experience. I told myself that every video would be created in one take, mistakes and all included, so people could experience the authenticity of my energy and the environment.

    As we traveled to destinations around the world, there were many times I would be shooting a video outside at a resort and the sprinkler system would go off or curious on-lookers would stage themselves behind me in the video to have a peak at what I was doing. I just went with the flow and posted the video as is so viewers could get a sense of the local flare.

    Since the start of my Yoga with Meditation Mutha Youtube Channel, I can not believe I am now celebrating the production of my 200th weekly video!!! It has been so fun to receive comments from people around the world who have taken class with me and enjoyed the teachings.

    Accomplishing your goals is totally attainable. It’s like the answer to the old question “How do you eat an elephant? Bite-by-bite.” First you visualize the end goal and then you take one small step towards manifesting your desired results. Each day you inch your way forward no matter how tiny the progress until you have achieved your dreams.

    Now that I have consistently created so many yoga videos, I am on to my next vision…making an income from my Youtube Channel, so I can share more amazing yoga videos with the world.

    I need 1,000 subscribers and 4,000 viewing hours to hit the mark. Want to help me achieve this goal???
