Tapping into Resources – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

This week I had the opportunity to get together with my friend Sara, who I hadn’t seen for several years. Although life had separated us for a bit, it was so wonderful to connect with her and pick up right where we left off.

We caught up on what’s going on with family, careers, health etc. As we delved into all the updates, challenges and celebrations on our most recent path in life, something amazing happened.

For every story shared, one of us offered a resource that could support the other on their current journey. Supplements to help with peri-menopause, awesome counselors and Youtube videos for personal growth were just some of the incredible wisdom we were able to share.

Connecting with friends, family members and even strangers is an opportunity to be a little vulnerable, tell a personal tail and get some assistance in life. Exposing yourself to others provides a chance to relate to one another, allows for a deeper connection to bloom and the potential for perfect guidance to appear.

Looking to bring some connection in your life? Scroll down and come join me for this week’s 12 Minute Hatha Flow Class where we will flow the movement on the breath for the ultimate connected experience!

This week’s 15 minute Yin Yoga for Self Care class is all about slowing down and nourishing yourself. Through postures like Twists, Child’s Pose and Happy Baby we will release what no longer serves us and then invite self-love into our body and mind. Yoga with Meditation Mutha is for everyBODY. Please join me in this opportunity to nurture your inner child. Enjoy!
