    Living in Gratitude – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    I try to practice gratitude on a daily basis. Whether it is pausing for a moment before I eat to thank the universe for my meal or showing mindful appreciation for a butterfly landing on my knee, I purposefully weave thoughts of gratitude into my day.

    This week I have had so much to be grateful for. On Wednesday I had my official launch day of my newly published book, Just Plane Crazy! The Ultimate Guide to Affordable, Adventurous World Travel. And I am excited to announce that it made Best Seller on Amazon in three different categories!!!

    I could not have done it without the support and love of my extensive tribe. I have so much gratitude for all the people who showed up to spread the word about this essential guide to manifesting not only your travel dreams, but your desires in every aspect of your life.

    Did you know that aside from love, the highest vibrational emotional state you can reside in is gratitude? In addition, gratitude gives you a super power. The more gratitude you put out into the universe, the more the universe returns your offering back to you in abundance.
