    Self Love is in the Air – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    Although many people think Valentine’s Day is a Hallmark Card created holiday, it is one of my favorite days of the year. Maybe it is because I am a Valentine’s baby born from love on the day of love. Or possibly it’s the fact that I really enjoy the opportunity to give other people presents on my birthday.

    Either way this heart centered holiday has special meaning to me. Every year on this day I focus on self care. A perfect Valentine’s Birthday for me looks like an exhilarating run in the morning followed by a relaxing massage, then a off to treat myself to a pedicure and then a hot soothing bath.

    I do these thing for myself to recognize that I am a special being. I take the time to meditate on honoring and showing gratitude for who I am in this exact moment. It is a very powerful practice that generates an abundance of self love.

    When you have self love pulsing through every cell of your being, you reside at the highest vibrational state. Now that is pretty cool!
