    Airport Yoga for Long Flight Preparation – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    I have so much gratitude for the incredible manifestation that occurred for me in 2023. One of my biggest dreams that became a reality this past year was the opportunity to hold a Yoga and Safari Retreat in Africa. The experience was beyond words and I found it so surreal to look around and realize I was teaching yoga in the middle of the Serengeti. The retreat was so magnificent that right this moment I am sitting at the Newark Airport headed back to Tanzania to teach my second Yoga and Safari experience!

    My husband, Scott, and I have a long journey ahead of us with over 20 hours of flying divided between four different flights. The extensive sitting on the airplane and during layovers can take a toll on your body if you are not careful. That is why it is so important to physically prep yourself for flying with stretching and movement so you can arrive to your final destination feeling good in your body and mind.
