Looking to enliven your energy, calm your soul and enhance your overall well-being? Building a consistent meditation practice into your life can do all of these things. Make a commitment to your health, both mental and physical, and join us for this 21-Day Meditation Challenge.
Starting August 1st, 2022, Meditation Mutha will post meditations daily for 21 days in a row. It takes 21 days to create a habit. Your goal is to complete one meditation for each of the 21 days and develop or enhance your own meditation practice.
The idea is to bring your awareness over time to how these practices affect your mind, body and spirit and to incorporate this healthy habit into your daily routine.
Meditations will be posted to a private Facebook page created strictly for this challenge. Participants will be responsible for writing a comment under each meditation post to verify completion of the class. Keeping track of how many meditations each person completes will be the responsibility of the participant based on the honor system. You will be required to download the Insight Timer free meditation app to participate.
Those that complete all 21 meditations by August 21st, 2022 will be enrolled in a drawing for a $50 GIFT CARD to an awesome locally owned men’s and women’s yoga apparel store. Winners will be announced by August 23rd, 2022.
