Gratitude for Pure Health – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

Harvest season is in the air with pumpkin patches on every corner and fresh fall vegetables at the farmers markets. Autumn is a great time of the year to celebrate all of the abundance we have in our lives. We have planted and cultivated so many “seeds” in the spring and are finally able to enjoy the fruits of our labor. We have so much to be thankful for.

Lately, I have been focusing my daily gratitude practice on personal health. I remember my grandma always saying “If you don’t have your health, you don’t have anything.” I didn’t truly understand her statement when I was little, but I do as an adult.

Your physical, mental and emotional health are the foundation for living an amazing quality of life. You can have all the money in the world, but your monetary value is worthless if you are not well.

One of the best ways to promote a high level of wholeness is incorporating a gratitude practice for physical and mental health into your day. Whether you already feel incredible or your wellness needs some improvement, you can invite the high vibrational state of gratitude into your wellbeing journey to manifest pure health for your entire existence.
