    Coming Into Alignment

    All the energies seemed to align while visiting Playa Hermosa in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. As the sun was set in the west, an almost full moon rose in the east. Topping off this tranquil moment we were blessed with a stunning rainbow that appeared overhead. Sometimes everything just falls into place and you can feel the peaceful pause in the air.

    You can experience this sensation in your energetic body as well as your physical body. We have all felt the imbalance when our physical body is out of alignment. Whether it is a crick in your neck from sleeping funny or a tweak in your low back from bending over to pick up something, feeling unbalanced can throw your whole system off.

    Bringing your physical and energetic body back into alignment allows everything to flow naturally within your life. Tune into what seems uncentered, focus some healing attention in that area and see what freedoms unfold.
