    Coming Home – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    My husband Scott and I feel so lucky to be heading out to our 12th annual yoga retreat in Costa Rica at the beautiful Anamaya Resort.

    The warm embraces from our Anamaya family always make arriving in this magical space so special. Every year I step out onto the yoga deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean and a peaceful sensation rushes over me. It is like coming home.

    What is your favorite location that makes you feel like you are in the right place at exactly the right time? These are the spaces to hold near to your heart, because they provide a sense of grounding. Whenever you feel down or out-of-sorts allow the vision of your special place to root you deep into the earth and provide a sense of security.
