    The Importance of Connection

I realized this year that I have two very different sides of myself. My extroverted side loves to get together with large groups to interact and socialize. While my introverted side enjoys quiet alone time to curl up in a warm blanket and be a hermit for a while. I am happiest when I permit equal time between my two opposing characters.

The problem is I have noticed an imbalance among these two forces lately. My introverted self is receiving all the attention. It’s no wonder that solitude has been at the forefront of my recent time spent, as we have been under such isolating conditions this past year.

The party girl inside me is longing to come out and visit with friends. I am craving deep connection that can only be satisfied with in-person interactions.

Humans are social beings that need each other to thrive in this world. We were not meant to be kept separated for so long.

If you can relate to my desire for bonding time, then I have the perfect opportunity to step back into the world and celebrate life!

I am excited to announce my first in-person Women’s Weekend Wellness Retreat since all this COVID junk started. I would love for you to join us for an incredible weekend filled with inspiration and connection at the wonderful Ruby Ranch Lodge in Buda, Texas from April 30th-May 2nd.
Focused on safety first, I have mindfully crafted a retreat experience for everyone to enjoy.

It seems that I am not alone in my yearning for some kinship. I have had a huge response in registration for the event. There are ONLY 9 spaces left!
