Come join a beautiful group of women for an incredible day at Hawk’s Shadow Vineyard as we slow down and mindfully experience deep self-care. Take time to soothe and rejuvenate your mind, body and spirit through yoga, meditation, a special workshop, yogic dance, delicious food from our private chef, the infamous Rosa Vera, and, of course, wine! This retreat is for every woman who wants to connect with herself and a wonderful community of ladies on a journey to honor our divine feminine spirit!
This is a full day retreat from 10:00am-6:00pm (check-in at 9:30am) and includes a light breakfast, a scrumptious lunch, a diverse assortment of wine tastings, experiential learning, and an evening ritual!

Kim Goyette, International Yoga Instructor
Kim Goyette is a yogini, mother and lover of life. She began her yogic journey in 2006 when she was searching for balance while working in an extremely stressful position in corporate America. Her love of yoga grew as her personal practice provided a powerful way to rejuvenate her energy and nourish herself.
As an international teacher and student of yoga and owner of Meditation Mutha, Kim supports an integrated experience by guiding asana from the foundation of breath incorporating practices of pranayama, mantra, mudra, meditation, and personal ritual.
Laura Wall, Empowerment Coach
Laura’s journey to wellness began with Zumba fitness in 2010. After several years of battling depression, she rediscovered her joy in dance and continued on a path of self-growth to reclaim her wellness. Although Laura now holds certifications in coaching, personal training, nutrition and AromaFreedom Therapy, she considers herself an intuitive healer who addresses her clients as a whole person: mind, body, heart and soul.
She offers a signature 12-week coaching program called Own Your Throne for women and teaches them how to create the routines and habits that support them as they tap into their innate power and create the life they truly desire.
She is one of the founders of Hearts of Healing, a non-profit dedicated to bringing more love and healing to the world. And she hosts the free Facebook group Heart of the Season to support and encourage anyone on the journey of self-discovery.
Laura is a lifelong learner who is passionate about enhancing the lives of others by sharing her experience and wisdom through her online community, workshops and coaching practice.
