Looking to enliven your energy, calm your soul and enhance your overall well-being? Building a consistent yoga practice into your life can do all of those things. Make a commitment to your health, both mental and physical, and join us for this 21-Day Yoga Challenge.
Starting May 9th, 2022, Meditation Mutha will post three 15-30 minute yoga videos per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You have the opportunity to choose three days/times per week that best fit your schedule to complete all three videos. Three yoga classes per week for seven weeks is all it takes to complete this challenge.
The goal is to bring your awareness over time to how these practices affect your mind, body and spirit and to incorporate this healthy habit into your daily routine.
Classes will be posted to a private Facebook page created strictly for this challenge. Participants will be responsible for writing a comment under each video to verify completion of the class. Keeping track of how many classes each person takes will be the responsibility of the participant based on the honor system.
Those that complete all 21 yoga classes before June 26th, 2022 will be enrolled in a drawing for a $50 GIFT CARD to an awesome locally owned men’s and women’s yoga and recreational apparel retail store. Winners will be announced by June 28th, 2022.
