Remembering a Loved One – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

I am incredibly blessed to have so many wonderful male role models in my life. My husband, Scott, is so immensely supportive and a wonderful father and man. My brother, Gregg, is such a caring person and always looks out for the best interest of our family. And, my father-in-law, Paul, is such a loving person and an incredible father figure.

The one father missing is my Dad. This is a hard day. It is the first time in 48-years that I do not have my dad’s physical presence to hug on Father’s Day. I miss him so much.

One of my biggest fears is that I am going to forget him. If you have lost someone very special to you, you may have those same fears.

So, I thought I would share a special meditation that will help you connect with your loved one.

Hug your dad and don’t forget to tell him that you love him.

Wishing all the very special men out there a very happy Father’s Day!

This week’s short 8-minute meditation session, Yoga for Remembering Your Loved One, is all about connecting with a special person in your life who has passed. Through meditation, we will visualize an encounter with your loved one and all the details of their beautiful essence. Yoga with Meditation Mutha is for everyBODY. Please join me in this opportunity to commemorate your loved one and keep their spirit alive. Enjoy!
