Deep Appreciation – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

After traveling around the world for a year, my family has developed a deep appreciation for the little things.  You would be surprised at the relief you feel when you can sit on your own toilette and flush the paper instead of putting it into a little garbage bin strategically placed within reach of the bowl.

And I actually enjoy doing household chores, because it feels so good to care for our home again after being on the road for 12-months.  I even have gratitude for doing my least favorite job, washing the dishes, because we didn’t have a set of dishes to call our own for so long.

Since we’ve been back, I’ve found we have been enjoying all the things we used to take for granted.  Doing the seemingly mundane duties like working in the yard, loading laundry in our own washing machine or just chilling on a swing with our puppy has taken on a new role in grounding us back into our life.

This week’s 16-minute FREE Hatha Yoga Class, Yoga for Deep Appreciation, is about developing gratitude for the little things in your life. Through asana, breath work and meditation, we will recognize all the abundance we receive on a daily basis and surrender ourselves to pure appreciation for all our gifts.

Yoga with Meditation Mutha is for everyBODY. Please join me in this opportunity to welcome every aspect of your life. Enjoy! #yogawithmeditationmutha#meditationmutha
