    Building Your Tribe – Yoga with Meditation Mutha

    I write to you feeling high as a kite from spending an incredibly exhilarating weekend with a powerful group of women at this years Women’s Wellness Retreat in Wimberley, Texas.  There is something about getting a group of ladies together that makes magic happen.

    I am so grateful to everyone who attended and opened their hearts and minds to the experience.  I was honored to witness the love, compassion and kindness between women of all back grounds, ages, cultures and beliefs.  We lifted each other up to a higher vibration and laughed until tears ran down our legs. We came together under one common ground; we are humans who want to live an extraordinary life.

    Spending time with these exceptional beings reminds me how important it is to surround yourself with people that support your path of growth.  As you venture on your spiritual journey, you may find that there are people in your life that no longer serve you.  As your vibration elevates, theirs stays stagnant and subconsciously drags you down.

    It’s time to make room for people in your life that enhance your well-being and compliment the path you have chosen. They are called your tribe.  By encircling yourself with high vibe people that encourage your success, you are opening the door for endless possibility.
